LibAnswers
A reference (ask the librarians) platform with a built-in knowledge base. Users may search the knowledge base of answered questions and the auto-suggest feature points them to the right answer before they even finish typing their question. If they can’t find what they need users can submit their own questions, so the knowledge base grows as new questions are answered.
